Students applying to Alatheer international school have to take a computer-based placement test in English and math. Based on the percentage the student gets he is placed in the program that suits their academic level. If the student scores more than 90% he/ she is placed in the Advanced program. If the student scores down to 60% she is placed in the mainstream program. If The child scores below 50% he is placed in the Intensive Care Program. If the student scores below 30% he is placed in the transitional program.

Alatheer International Schools provide a whole-day program where students engage in active learning, complete assignments, and prepare for quizzes and exams throughout the day. This program is particularly intended for students who require additional support in their studies and whose parents are unable to assist them with their academic progress. The students in the program have their lunch at school and continue to work on assignments and practice exercises under the guidance of their teachers until 4:00 pm.
